In order to process your order immediately, we always strive to stock every item shown in our catalogue. At times a particular item may be temporarily out of stock, so if your order is a last minute one, and you need it to go out that day, you may wish to have an alternate item just in case.

When ordering, please be certain of your choices. Once your order is placed --either by phone, E-mail, mail or fax, it will be processed immediately. Supreme Novelty will do whatever is necessary to fill your order. We accept no returns. Every order is filled with first quality merchandise. Therefore, we do not resell anything. In order to serve you in the best possible manner, we cannot accept any returns-- at any time for any reason. If we have shipped the incorrect goods we will send a U.P.S. pick-up ticket for these items and replace them with the correct ones.

Please add 10.25% tax for orders in Illinois. C.O.D. charges are $9.00. Orders paid by your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Money Order or a Certified Check will be shipped immediately. Customers pay freight charges and a $2.00 handling fee for every separate order that is placed.

For rush orders: phone, E-mail or fax us and use your Credit card. Your business or personal check will be accepted for your order. Shipping will take place upon approval of your check. Please allow two to four weeks for this process. If your check is not approved there will be a $29.00 bank charge for N.S.F. checks.

We appreciate your business and will fill any size order. However, due to rising costs of processing an order we must charge an additional handling charge of $5.00 on orders under $25.00 (exclusive of freight and sales tax).
